All fine, but tiny rooms

Had decent stay in this convenient hotel, the staff were useful, location was ideal in convenient area. Location: the venue was very close to the beach and the center. There was Kokoriko nearby to grab something to eat. Our a double room with climate control, a safe, and television was trendy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was clean as expected.

It was regular sized, the room was functional and had a comfy bed. The location was ideal - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

I stayed for two nights to visit some of the historical sites around the city, which was quite enjoyable. The location is quite convenient, being just a short walk away from attractions like the Clock Tower Monument and the Plaza Santo Domingo. I appreciated that the staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, which definitely added a positive touch to our experience.

Rooms looked better in pictures. They're small without windows, and noise from the common area disrupts sleep. Cleanliness issues were consistent, with unclean bathrooms and an unpleasant lack of maintenance, including visible mold in the shower area and insects appearing from a hole in the floor.

The room was super small, like a matchbox, a bit cramped for us. Cleanliness was an issue too. We found long black hair in the bed from a previous guest. But the staff were really great-super kind and always ready to help. The location was a definite plus, just a short walk to the historic center. For the price, I guess it balances out, but I wish the room had been a bit bigger and cleaner.

The hotel is fairly clean. the breakfast was satisfactory. - the location is good and unbeatable, close to shops and restaurants. - Easy access to various stores and a supermarket. - Only a 5-minute drive from Playa Castillo Grande.

This hotel is safe, fairly clean, with average-sized air-conditioned rooms, and offers a good breakfast with a nice variety of meal options.
